Founded by Arthur Holland Michel and Dan Gettinger in 2012, the Center for the Study of the Drone at Bard College is an interdisciplinary research and education initiative working to understand the implications of unmanned and autonomous technology in both civilian and military domains. The Center conducts in-depth original research, provides educational resources to the public, and works closely with media organizations covering unmanned systems technology. The Center’s website features reports, interviews, research resources, and a weekly roundup of news, commentary, analysis, and technology updates.
